This beautiful gem can be found above the Tokyo hemisphere, and was officially opened in the year 3412. The glass protects the habitants of the strong atmospherical conditions. The city’s material is mainly of metallic nature for it floats due to a recently discovered magnetic levitation technology. For now, the extremely wealthy residents mainly seek to escape the chaos back on the surface due to the lack of water and food. Here, they can harvest water straight from the clouds.
